The DAO — How to Vote Video Tutorial
You want the edge? The bleeding edge? We’re proud to present the fully-featured Ethereum Mist Dapp, which also happens to be the gateway to a $164m USD DAO.
Just like that, we are one step closer to reaching the full Ethereum vision.

Recorded and narrated by no one else but Griff Green himself, these make voting a breeze and should go a long way in helping to achieve quorum on Proposals.
So, let’s look at how to vote with the Mist Browser — using the recently revamped (and fully open source) Đapp interface: http://vote.daohub.org/, courtesy of our very own Simon Jentzsch.
IMPORTANT NOTE: this is so new, you must enable a special feature in the Ethereum Wallet for it to start in ‘Mist’ mode (‘Ethereum-Wallet.exe --mode mist’ on Windows and ‘Ethereum-Wallet.app/Contents/MacOS/Electron --mode mist’ on OSX). See this link for details. This won’t be necessary when Mist is officially released.
The second, optional video tackles the slightly more challenging exercise of voting using the Ethereum Wallet. It’s a little bit more complicated, but it gives you complete control over the transaction.
Both make for excellent practice ahead of the upcoming Proposals that will flow in once the Curators start adding addresses to the whitelist.
In the meantime, come and say hello on Slack where 6,000+ DAO fans are ready to answer your questions!
